Due care and quality time will be provided to all patients during consultations, however, urgent medical needs take priority. There may be delays if a patient needs unexpected urgent attention.
Please see your Doctor if you require a prescription or a referral to see a specialist. Prescriptions or referrals can be provided after examination of the patient only.
Our administration staff or doctors may call patients to schedule appointments based upon urgency, to discuss & collect results. However, we are unable to provide results over the phone except under special circumstances.
We will make every effort to accommodate patient’s preferred time, and the appointments are generally scheduled at fifteen (15) minute intervals. Longer consultations should be requested at the time of booking the appointments.
Our reception staff will make appointments as required, and if more than one member of your family needs to see a Doctor, please advise the reception at the time of booking to ensure following appointments are not delayed.
Please inform reception of your required needs to allow for the appropriate procedures to be carried out e.g. prioritising emergencies. Please advise us in advance if you are unable to make your appointment, in order for other patients requiring medical assistance to be offered this time.

After Hour Services
After hour appointments can be made by calling, Home Doctor Service- Ph: 13 SICK (13 7425)If you need urgent medical attention outside of our normal surgery hours, please contact National Home Doctor Service on 13SICK (137425).
You can arrange for a home visit and you will be bulk billed if you have a valid Medicare Card. This service is available weekdays 6pm-8am, Saturday from 12 noon and Sunday and public holidays 24 hours. Please call 000 for any Emergencies.
